PRESS RELEASE
Broader range of new applications now possible, as GSM-doorbell
responds to market demands, with latest product release
AMSTERDAM, JUNE 28th 2006. In order to meet the demands of the market, Waleli has upgraded the GSM-doorbell with its latest product release (version 2.0). A wider range of new and innovative applications are now possible, while simultaneously further simplifying the use of the product.
During the past few years, Waleli has been confronted with situations where the GSM-doorbell was part of a larger solution. For example a merchant who wants to give remote entry to the pantry for his/her suppliers, a gardener who doesn?t want visitors to walk into the office because they cannot find him/her, or a caregiver who wants to be able to remotely open the door of a patient?s house without having to use the keys. In order to be able to implement the GSM-doorbell in even more solutions, the GSM-doorbell has been upgraded with its latest product release. It is now even easier to apply the GSM-doorbell in different situations.
The sound quality of the GSM-doorbell has been improved, which not only further enhances user friendliness, but also enables connection to a broader range of intercom systems. Additionally, you can now also phone in to the GSM-doorbell to open the door without having to ring the doorbell first. For example, your mobile phone can operate as a remote control, based on number recognition, to open a garage door via the GSM-doorbell.
Additional technical specifications of the new upgrades now available in version 2.0 can be found at www.gsmdoorbell.com under the chapter ?technology?.
